2356+ client say about us

Real feedback from real people who needed something fixed and got it sorted.

Simple & Straight-Forward

NO-HYPE STATEMENT

Every review you see here is real. Nobody paid extra, nobody got freebies, nobody got incentivized to write glowing things about us. That would be pointless and gross.

Some of these people were stressed when they reached out. Laptop dead mid-deadline. Mystery shopping audit gone quiet. Systems dragging. Privacy mess. Whatever it was, it wasn’t working.

We helped. They wrote this. That’s it.

WHY WE USE INITIALS

You’ll notice we only show initials, job titles, and cities. That’s deliberate. Here’s why.

Privacy First
Most people who hire us are dealing with sensitive tech problems, security issues, or business audits. Publishing their full names without explicit consent isn't just unprofessional, it's reckless.
No Fake Testimonials
Ironically, hiding full names makes these more trustworthy. Fake review sites use full names and stock photos to look legitimate. We don't need that theater. These are real feedback from real clients who remain anonymous by choice.
Focus on the Work
What matters isn't who they are. It's what problem they had, how we fixed it, and how they felt after. The specifics of the work speak louder than a name and headshot ever could.

WHEN WE ACTUALLY SHOW UP

Testimonals

Got a phishing email at 2am that looked exactly like GitHub. Almost clicked it half asleep. Freaked out because my entire client codebase is on there. Found these guys on Reddit, messaged them at 2am, guy responded in 20 minutes. Spent 90 minutes setting up 2FA on everything - turns out I only had it on 3 accounts total. Three weeks later Dropbox sent me a we blocked 7 login attempts from Romania email. That would have been everything. Cost 80 euros, saved me probably 50k in breach damages.

Had the same password for Gmail, Facebook, PayPal, Shopify, like 15 other accounts. Tried password managers before but gave up because typing the master password was annoying. They set up Bitwarden and showed me the browser extension autofills instantly. LinkedIn got breached a month later, my email was in the dump. Changed ONE password instead of 15 compromised accounts. Finally get why people nag about this.

Morning manager almost opened an email that said Your Square payment failed with an attachment. We do not even use Square. Our POS system has all our customer cards on file. Called them same day, they locked down our network and set up actual backups (we had ZERO). Made us do a fake phishing test a month later, two people still clicked it but at least they reported it. Sleep better knowing we are not one click from losing the business.

Cover government corruption stuff. Had sources sending me documents over WhatsApp, notes in Google Docs. Basically doing everything wrong. After seeing what happened to colleagues who got hacked I finally got serious. They set up ProtonMail, Signal, Tresorit for files. Two of my sources now specifically ask if I have encrypted email before they will talk. Worth the hassle.

We had a Google Sheet with employee salaries, addresses, passport numbers, bank details. Just sitting there. Anyone with the link could view it. I sent it in Slack once. GDPR audit coming, could not sleep. They moved everything to encrypted storage, set up access controls, documented it all for the audit. Cost 1200 euros but GDPR fines are 4% of revenue. Audit passed.

Had client session notes in Apple Notes synced to iCloud. No encryption. One client asked how I stored their info. I lied and said it was encrypted. Felt terrible. Finally hired them to set up Cryptomator and encrypted notes app. Monthly cost went from 0 to 15 euros but I can tell clients their data is protected without lying now.

Managing client portfolios worth millions and using Gmail with no 2FA. Another advisor got hacked, had client data leaked, lost their license. That woke me up. They hardened everything, enabled 2FA on all 20+ platforms, set up encrypted client portal. Costs 220 euros monthly for tools but one breach lawsuit would end my career. Regulatory audit examiner said our security was above standard.

Attorney-client privilege is literally my job and I was emailing case files as regular Gmail attachments. Bar association would have issues with that. They set up encrypted email with my law firm domain, secure client portal, encrypted case database. Corporate client asked about our data security before signing and I could actually answer confidently.

Series A investors wanted pen testing. Tried doing it ourselves, realized we had no idea what we were doing. Hired them for full security audit. Found SQL injection in our API, credentials hardcoded in a GitHub config file, admin panel accessible without VPN. Fixed everything in one hell week. One investor literally said most startups this stage have way worse security, this gives us confidence. 2k audit, raised 800k.

I pull client data from 5 different sources, analyze it, send reports. All this PII just sitting in CSV files on my laptop and Dropbox. GDPR nightmare waiting to happen. They encrypted my entire workflow - data goes into encrypted database, gets analyzed there, reports generated without raw data leaving the secure environment. Can sleep now without worrying about waking up to a 50k euro fine.

Bought Sony A6400, Elgato capture card, audio interface, XLR mic - 1400 euros in gear. Everything arrived and I had no idea how to connect it. OBS would not detect the camera, audio had this weird echo. Spent two days on YouTube tutorials before giving up. They came over, spent 4 hours running cables properly, configuring OBS scenes, fixing audio routing. First stream people commented the quality looked way more professional. 300 euros but saved me from returning all the gear.

New apartment, wanted actual home office. Bought two monitors, standing desk, monitor arm, docking station. All in boxes. Looked at it and thought this is gonna take all weekend and look terrible. Paid them to come do it. They assembled the desk, mounted monitors on the arm, ran all cables through the desk management system so you cannot see any. Took 3 hours. My setup looks like those r/battlestations photos now. Could I have done it? Probably. Would it look this clean? No.

Office WiFi was a disaster. Five employees, constant Zoom calls dropping, uploads timing out. We had one ISP router in the corner. Bought Google WiFi mesh thinking that would fix it. Didn't help. They tested signal strength everywhere, replaced the ISP router, set up the mesh properly, configured separate guest network. 800 euros total but employees stopped complaining which is worth it for office peace alone.

Bought a Synology NAS for backups after almost losing a wedding shoot to hard drive failure. Sat in the box for 3 MONTHS because setup looked complicated. Finally paid them to do it. They installed drives (didn't know you had to buy drives separately), configured RAID, set up automatic Lightroom backups every night. Now it just works in the background. Wish I had done this instead of relying on external drives scattered everywhere.

Upgraded GPU from 3060 to 4070 thinking I would just swap it. Took out old card, put in new one, nothing. No display. Stream scheduled in 90 minutes. Panicked. Turns out my power supply did not have enough PCIe connectors for the 4070. They came same day (paid extra for emergency). New PSU, cable managed everything, updated drivers. Back online. Missed one stream but could have been way worse.

Converted spare room into podcast studio. Bought Rode PodMic, Scarlett 2i2, boom arm, headphones. Had all the gear but no idea how to wire it. XLR cable goes where? Phantom power on or off? Tried following YouTube tutorials but my setup was not exactly like theirs. They came over, connected everything properly, configured input levels, showed me monitoring without the echo delay. Recording quality jumped from okay to actually professional.

Wanted better video quality so I bought Sony ZV-E10 to use as webcam. Got Elgato Cam Link, HDMI cable. Camera would not show up in OBS. Tried different USB ports, reinstalled drivers, nothing. Googled for HOURS. They came over, immediately spotted the issue - dummy battery was needed because camera kept shutting off, and HDMI output settings were wrong in the menu. Fixed both. Video quality way better than Logitech webcam. Took them 90 minutes, would have taken me days.

Decided to do dual PC streaming (gaming PC plus streaming PC). Bought second PC, Elgato 4K60 Pro capture card. This was stupid ambitious for my skill level. Capture card installed wrong, audio routing completely broken. Spent 1400 euros on gear and it did not work. They came over, rebuilt the whole signal chain: game PC HDMI out to capture card in stream PC, audio mixing through Voicemeeter. Took 5 hours but now it works flawlessly. Stream quality is insane.

Teaching piano online, needed better audio. Bought Focusrite Scarlett Solo and AT2020 mic. Plugged it in, Zoom picked it up but the audio had this awful delay - I would play a note and hear it half a second later in headphones. Impossible to play. They configured ASIO drivers, set buffer sizes low enough that delay is gone, adjusted mic placement. Now I can hear myself in real-time and students say audio is way clearer. Took them an hour, I spent 3 days failing.

Built a new editing workstation - Ryzen 9, 64GB RAM, RTX 4060. Bought all the parts, started building. Got halfway through and realized I had no idea if I seated the RAM correctly, cable management was a nightmare, and I was too scared to turn it on in case I fried something. They came over, finished the build properly, managed cables so it looks clean, configured BIOS, installed Windows and Premiere. Boots in 15 seconds. 200 euros for peace of mind knowing it is done right.

Thought our service was excellent. Mystery audit revealed staff ignored online orders for 15+ minutes, one server rude to families with kids, bathrooms not checked hourly like policy says. Got video evidence, timestamps, exact quotes. Fixed training gaps. TripAdvisor score went from 3.8 to 4.6 in two months. Painful to watch the footage but needed to see what customers actually experience.

Reviews mentioned slow service but staff said they were fast. Mystery customer came during rush hour, timed everything. Reorganized workflow based on audit findings. Average ticket time now under 5 minutes. Lines gone.

Raising Series A, investors asked about our tech infrastructure. Had no good answer. Booked 2-hour consultation expecting generic advice.
