2. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

  • Currency: All prices are listed in EUR (€). Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion.

6. Onsite IT Support Expenses

For onsite IT services, travel and accommodation costs are not included in the base service price.

A detailed cost estimate will be provided for approval before any travel arrangements are made.


7. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Digital Products

Non-refundable unless defective or materially different from the product description.

Physical Products

Eligible for return or exchange if damaged or incorrect.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Services

Non-refundable once a session has started, unless the issue is caused by Tech Mentor Pro.
