These Terms & Conditions apply to all users interacting with Tech Mentor Pro’s platform, including clients, visitors, and service subscribers.


2. Eligibility

To access and purchase from our website, you must:

  • Provide accurate personal and billing details during sign-up or checkout.

Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or order cancellation.


3. Orders & Purchases

3.1 Placing Orders

  • Orders must be placed directly through our website.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their delivery, contact, and payment information is accurate.

3.2 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if:

  • There are pricing/technical errors.

  • The payment is suspected of fraud.

  • The product or service is out of stock or unavailable.

You will receive prompt notification in such cases, and any payments made will be refunded in full.

3.3 Custom Services

For personalized services or consultations, a formal scope agreement will be signed before commencement. Mid-project changes may incur additional fees.

5.3 Customs & Duties

  • International clients are responsible for customs duties.

  • Tech Mentor Pro is not liable for delays due to customs processing.


6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

6.1 Refund & Return Policy

  • Digital Products: Non-refundable unless proven faulty.

  • Physical Products: Eligible for replacement/refund if damaged or incorrect, requested within 14 days.

6.2 Service Cancellations

  • Must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to service.

  • Onsite bookings canceled after travel planning may be partially non-refundable.

7. IT Support Services

7.1 Remote Support

  • Prepaid and pre-booked only.

  • Non-refundable once the session begins unless the fault lies on our side.

7.2 Onsite Support

  • Travel and lodging are not included in the service price.

  • Location details are required for scheduling and planning.


8. Intellectual Property

All content (text, design, logos, and media) on Tech Mentor Pro is protected under copyright and may not be reused or redistributed without written permission.


9. Privacy

10. User Conduct

Users are expected to:

  • Not use the platform for illegal activities.

  • Not interfere with or attempt to hack the website.

  • Not redistribute content without permission.

Violation may lead to a permanent ban and legal action.

  • Third-party shipping errors or delays.
