If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full.

5.1 Payment Processing

6. Shipping & Delivery

For physical products purchased from our store:

  • EU deliveries: estimated 3–5 business days

  • International deliveries: estimated 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

7. IT Support Services

7.1 Remote IT Support

  • Sessions are prepaid and scheduled in advance

  • Once a session begins, it is non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Tech Mentor Pro

  • Temporary system access may be required and is always performed securely with your consent

7.2 Onsite IT Support

  • Onsite support is available internationally

  • Travel and accommodation costs are not included unless stated otherwise

  • Accurate location details are required for scheduling

8. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

8.1 Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable unless defective or materially different from their description.

8.2 Physical Products

Physical products may be returned or exchanged if damaged or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

8.3 Service Cancellations

  • Services must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance

  • Onsite services cancelled after travel arrangements may be partially non-refundable
