For paid software (like Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.), yes, you'll need to have purchased the license. We handle the installation and activation. For free software (Chrome, Zoom, VLC, etc.), we download and install it for you at no extra charge.
We use secure screen-sharing software (like AnyDesk or TeamViewer). You'll receive a link to connect. Once connected, you can see everything we do on your screen in real-time. The connection is encrypted and secure. After we're done, we disconnect and you change the access password.
Simply add extra devices using our add-on option (+€50 per device). This is perfect for setting up multiple computers at home or in an office. For large deployments (5+ devices), contact us for a custom quote.
It depends on your package and how much software needs to be installed:
- Essential: 30-60 minutes
- Standard: 1-2 hours
- Complete: 2-3 hours
Larger Windows updates or complex software may take longer. We'll give you an estimate before we start.
No. We only install legitimate, properly licensed software. This protects you from malware, legal issues, and ensures your software receives proper updates and support.
The Complete package includes 30-day follow-up support. For Essential and Standard packages, you can add Priority Support (+€30) for 30 days of email support. If something we installed isn't working properly, we'll fix it at no extra charge.
