We ship worldwide from our logistics bases in Sweden and Germany.

Some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable due to carrier limitations. If we cannot ship to your address, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and item type.

Standard Shipping Rates

  • Local (Sweden & Germany): €5

  • Europe: €8

  • USA: €13

  • International: €15


Heavy Items & Large Equipment

(Applies to power stations and oversized products)

  • Local: €15

  • Europe: €23

  • USA: €33

  • International: €35

Heavy-item surcharges are clearly shown at checkout and applied automatically.


Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on orders over €99

  • Heavy-item surcharges are not included in free shipping offers


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch, not at checkout.

  • Local: 3–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or regional conditions.


4. Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Weekend or holiday orders: processed next business day

You will receive:

  • Order confirmation email immediately after purchase

  • Dispatch email with tracking details once shipped


5. Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking.

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A live tracking link

  • Status updates (dispatched, in transit, out for delivery, delivered)

We work with trusted logistics partners depending on destination and item type:

  • Sweden: PostNL

  • Germany: DHL

  • Europe: CJPacket EUB

  • USA: CJPacket Fast US

  • International: YunExpress, CJPacket

Carrier selection is automatic and optimised for speed and reliability.


7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices

  • Customs delays are outside our control

We recommend checking local import regulations before ordering.


8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before checkout.

  • Address changes: Contact us immediately after ordering

  • After dispatch: Address changes depend on carrier approval and may not be possible

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.


9. Shipping Issues & Resolutions

9.1 Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • We will open a carrier investigation

  • If confirmed lost, a replacement or full refund will be issued


9.2 Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


9.3 Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will send the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect one at no cost
