1. Choose your session — Pick remote or onsite, and select how long you need.
2. Book your time — After checkout, you’ll get a link to schedule. Remote sessions often happen same-day.
3. We fix it — We connect securely (or arrive on-site), diagnose the problem, and resolve it while you watch.
Which Session Length?
30 Minutes — You know what’s wrong. Quick fixes like WiFi issues, a crashing app, password resets, or printer problems.
1 Hour — You’re not sure what’s wrong, or it’s more than one thing. Slow computer, email issues, software errors, minor cleanup. Most popular choice.
2 Hours — It’s a mess. Multiple problems, full cleanup needed, or deep troubleshooting required.
Remote or Onsite?
Remote Session — We connect to your screen securely. You see everything we do. Fastest option — often same-day.
Onsite Visit — We come to you. Better for hardware issues or if you prefer someone physically there. Travel within 25km included; beyond that quoted separately.
