4. When Payment Is Collected

4.1 Payment Timing by Product Type

  • Digital products: Charged immediately; access granted once payment is confirmed

  • Physical products: Charged at checkout before processing and dispatch

  • Services: Charged at booking or via a booking fee to secure your appointment

  • Subscriptions: Charged on start date and automatically on each renewal date


4.2 Payment Confirmation

All successful payments generate an automatic confirmation email.

Card payments are processed instantly via Stripe.


5. Booking Fees

Some services require a non-refundable booking fee.

  • The booking fee secures your appointment

  • The fee is clearly shown at booking

  • The fee is deducted from the total service cost

Booking fees are non-refundable, even if you later cancel.

6. Subscription Payments

6.1 Automatic Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

  • Renewal reminders are sent in advance

  • Payment is charged on the renewal date


6.2 Cancelling a Subscription

  • Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged

  • Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only

  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period

  • Access continues until the end of the paid term

7. Failed or Declined Payments

Payments may fail due to:

  • Insufficient funds

  • Expired or blocked cards

9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Temporary account suspension

  • Loss of access to services

  • Recovery of dispute-related costs

Fraudulent disputes will be challenged where appropriate.
