That's literally why we exist. We'll unbox it, set it up, install your apps, connect your accounts, and hand it back ready to use. No judgment, this happens more than you'd think.
Yes. We use secure tools like AnyDesk. You can see everything we do on screen, and you can disconnect us instantly anytime. We don't keep access after the session ends.
Classic. Printers love to misbehave. We'll get it connected properly, install the right drivers, and make sure it actually prints when you hit print. Add the Printer Setup option (€29) at checkout.
Not by default, but you can add Data Migration for €59. We'll transfer your files, photos, browser bookmarks, and settings. Nothing gets left behind.
We come back and fix it, free. Basic and Advanced include 7-day support. Premium gives you 30 days plus two follow-up sessions.
Remote? Yes, we work with clients across Europe and beyond. Onsite? We travel, but extra costs apply outside 25km. Contact us first for a quote.
