WHO WE ARE

We’re a small team spread across different countries and time zones.

Some of us have worked in operations centres monitoring systems that couldn’t go down. Others spent years as the person you’d call when your laptop did something weird and you didn’t know how to explain it. A few of us have done both — remote support one day, showing up at someone’s office with a toolkit the next.

What we have in common: we’ve all been on the other end of bad tech support. We know what it feels like to be made to feel small for asking a question. We got into this work because we wanted to be the opposite of that.

Most of our team works from home offices, kitchen tables, co-working spaces, and occasionally a quiet corner of an airport.

We know what it’s like when your entire workday depends on your laptop and your internet connection. When there’s no IT closet down the hall. When a tech problem doesn’t just slow you down — it stops everything.

That’s not something we read about. That’s Tuesday for us too.

But we also know that some things can’t be fixed through a screen. Sometimes you need someone to actually show up, look at the setup, and sort it out in person. We do that too.
